Palace 2- Chelsea 3
I refrained from writing anything about the Watford match. As dominating as Chelsea were, Watford were not good and I didn't think it indicated much. Today was a better reflection of what's going on and what needs to be tightened. DEFENSE. This match should have been done and dusted. Pulisic is really firing, Giroud is scoring, and RLC had a nice assist. Zouma saved us. I'm looking forward to Werner, Ziyech, and hopefully Havertz- which would really scare opposition. But wow, the defense needs some real overhaul and this match showed that. 3 points though. Nice goals and push. Interesting to see Jorginho come on and dictate possession and slow things down. I wonder if he will be gone by next season...
